Shipping

Once receiving your order, good will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number to track where the goods are in the shipping journey. Once goods are in the postal system, we accept no responsibility in the event that the good fail to arrive. We will endeavour to ensure that all orders are received promptly and to the correct location

Returns

To complete a return you must email us within 30 days of purchase. Returns will be accepted if you are not happy with the product or it is faulty on arrival. We will comply under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) with the refund, replacement, repair rule. Products must be returned to us unwashed, with the hygiene sticker still in place, before a remedy will be provided.
